Easy to use upload form (allows multi-language descriptions)

NB: STILL IN DEVELOPMENT. Sometimes works in Firefox 4. Doesn't work on Chrome 12 or IE 9 and it is likely that the older versions of these browsers will not work. Untested in Safari. In these other browsers the file upload appears to fail. It doesn't! But no other data is tagged with it. Therefore only use this wizard if you are using FireFox 4.
